I love the service! I was just disappointed that the flowers showed up in a green vase instead of the red vase as pictured. I purposely chose this arrangement for the red vase and flowers to match something in my mother’s home for her birthday. Other than that I was very happy.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my Grandma’s birthday. They contacted me right away to let me know they were out of one of the flowers in the bouquet and asked if I minded if the substituted or wait until the new shipment came in next day. I explained that I really needed it that day because due to sickness no one was able to spend time with her that day. She was so kind and understanding. The bouquet that was delivered was absolutely beautiful and beyond my expectations.

What I didn’t tell her was this was my grandmas first birthday since my dad passed away 2 months ago and I know how much she is hurting and missing him. These flowers meant the world to her and to me. Thank you for making her day special

The bouquet prepared by Jefferson House was as pictured on the website and quite pretty. Same day delivery was excellent. Easy to order from my living room chair. Will order from Jefferson House again if I want lovely flowers to sent.

Can't say enough. I'm not a big purchaser of flowers generally. Wasn't even sure how it worked even, website was simple and walked me right through it. I ordered online from out of town, arrangement was delivered in Kokomo before noon the next day. It was perfect. Definitely will be back.

I live half across the USA and needed some flowers sent to a funeral home. I looked online and found this place. I picked a basket floral arrangement and asked that it be delivered by a certain day and time. I also requested an email when it was delivered. I received the email timely.

This was such a beautiful bouquet. I specifically requested they add yellow, and it was perfect. The flowers smelled so fresh. The best part, it was offered same-day delivery. Thank you for making this happen so quickly, I will return!

I have to presume all went well with the roses. I received a thank you from David yesterday. David's typing was iffy but understandable. David had a stroke Thursday and because he is not up to visitors as yet and knowing how David loves red roses, I sent him a dozen red roses because it was something I wanted to do and at present could do for my special fella..

Jefferson House went above and beyond delivering flowers for my friend's birthday. Since I wasn't sure where my friend would be, I asked for the flowers to be delivered to her house. She ended up still being in the hospital for her birthday and the flowers were delivered directly to the hospital instead. I greatly appreciate the extra care in getting the flowers directly to her!

Amazing job, delivery was a success. Love the arrangements that they have for almost if not any occasion.
