Jefferson House continues to be exceptional in every way. The flowers I ordered for my mom were absolutely beautiful. She has early onset dementia, and after receiving her bouquet, she immediately wanted to send one back to me as a Valentine’s Day surprise.
Despite what I know must have been an incredibly busy day, the team at Jefferson House made that surprise possible and ensured her arrangement was delivered seamlessly. Ordering online or paying over the phone can often be overwhelming for her, but the staff went above and beyond by assisting her right at her door during delivery.
Their patience, kindness, and willingness to take the extra time truly made her feel empowered. It meant a great deal to both of us, and I am deeply grateful for the exceptional service and genuine care they provided.

Beautiful bouquet. Delivered very timely. When sending flowers to my daughter in Kokomo, I only use Jefferson House. Top quality flowers with exceptional service and timeliness.

After leaving my original review, the owner called me and told me he would make it right by: One, refunding my full purchase price; and Two, adding some chocolates to the order he would re-make and deliver to my home address. About 30 minutes later, I received the re-made order. I am fully satisfied with that delivery.

I love the service! I was just disappointed that the flowers showed up in a green vase instead of the red vase as pictured. I purposely chose this arrangement for the red vase and flowers to match something in my mother’s home for her birthday. Other than that I was very happy.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my Grandma’s birthday. They contacted me right away to let me know they were out of one of the flowers in the bouquet and asked if I minded if the substituted or wait until the new shipment came in next day. I explained that I really needed it that day because due to sickness no one was able to spend time with her that day. She was so kind and understanding. The bouquet that was delivered was absolutely beautiful and beyond my expectations.

What I didn’t tell her was this was my grandmas first birthday since my dad passed away 2 months ago and I know how much she is hurting and missing him. These flowers meant the world to her and to me. Thank you for making her day special

The bouquet prepared by Jefferson House was as pictured on the website and quite pretty. Same day delivery was excellent. Easy to order from my living room chair. Will order from Jefferson House again if I want lovely flowers to sent.

Can't say enough. I'm not a big purchaser of flowers generally. Wasn't even sure how it worked even, website was simple and walked me right through it. I ordered online from out of town, arrangement was delivered in Kokomo before noon the next day. It was perfect. Definitely will be back.
