19 February 2026Jefferson House continues to be exceptional in every way. The flowers I ordered for my mom were absolutely beautiful. She has early onset dementia, and after receiving her bouquet, she immediately wanted to send one back to me as a Valentine’s Day surprise.
Despite what I know must have been an incredibly busy day, the team at Jefferson House made that surprise possible and ensured her arrangement was delivered seamlessly. Ordering online or paying over the phone can often be overwhelming for her, but the staff went above and beyond by assisting her right at her door during delivery.
Their patience, kindness, and willingness to take the extra time truly made her feel empowered. It meant a great deal to both of us, and I am deeply grateful for the exceptional service and genuine care they provided.
