I ordered a flower arrangement for my Grandma’s birthday. They contacted me right away to let me know they were out of one of the flowers in the bouquet and asked if I minded if the substituted or wait until the new shipment came in next day. I explained that I really needed it that day because due to sickness no one was able to spend time with her that day. She was so kind and understanding. The bouquet that was delivered was absolutely beautiful and beyond my expectations. What I didn’t tell her was this was my grandmas first birthday since my dad passed away 2 months ago and I know how much she is hurting and missing him.
