I had several items delivered to my daughter-in-law for her birthday. The delivery was timely. The flowers were beautiful, the cupcakes were yummy but the balloons fell short. They were out of helium and on the ground the next day. ---- Florist's Response: We are so sorry about that! The cold weather messes with the balloons sometimes. Give us a call at the shop and we can refund the balloons or get you some new ones. 765-452-8269.
